VanJet Productions Return & Refund Policy

At VanJet Productions, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our clothing and design services. Below are the terms of our return and refund policy:

Clothing Returns
Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted if the product sizing is incorrect compared to the order or if the product arrives damaged. Customers must return the rejected product before a replacement is issued. Refunds are not available, except for customized products as outlined below.
Time Frame: Requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product. Online tracking details will confirm the delivery date for shipped items.
Customized Clothing: Customized or personalized items are eligible for return or exchange only if the customization was done incorrectly. Refunds for customized products are available under certain circumstances.

Design Services
Refunds: Refunds for design services are only offered in the event of failure to deliver and will be limited to 50% of the total cost to cover the designer’s time.
Revisions: Reasonable revisions and direct correspondence during the design process are included in our service packages. Any revisions beyond the agreed scope will require additional fees.

Shipping
Return Shipping Costs: VanJet Productions covers return shipping costs for clothing items that meet the return criteria.
Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are not refundable. Replacement items are produced and shipped at no cost to the customer once the returned item is received.

Condition of Items
Inspection: All returned items will be inspected thoroughly. Products showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for a replacement.
Quality Assurance: Each product is carefully inspected prior to shipping to ensure it meets quality standards.

Return Process
How to Request: Customers must initiate returns or refunds via email at vanjetproductions@gmail.com or through the contact form on our website.
Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase is required for returns or refunds. Only the individual associated with the order may request a return, verified through email, phone number, contact name, or ID.

Non-Returnable Items
• Certain products or services will be marked as non-returnable or non-refundable, and these will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.

Final Sale Items
• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Replacements for Defective Items
• If a product is found to be defective due to shipping or manufacturing errors, a replacement will be provided. Refunds for defective items are not available unless the item is a customized product.
