Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns only. We do not offer exchanges. Items in the VanJet Finds category are not eligible for return.

Return Window

Return requests must be made within 10 days of delivery (calendar days, not business days).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom printed items

  • Personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Unique items, including items in VanJet Finds

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom or made-to-order items are not returnable. However, a refund may be issued if there is a production error or the product arrives damaged.

Photos or videos must be provided as proof.

Return Condition Requirements

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Undamaged

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

There is no restocking fee.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed once:

  • The returned product is received, or

  • Proof of damage or error  is provided and approved

Damaged Items

If an item is damaged in transit, the customer must file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Lost Packages

VanJet Productions is not responsible for lost packages.

If the item is not a unique item, we may reproduce the order at a reduced cost as a customer service option.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled more than 24 hours after payment is received.
