Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed after payment is received. Processing times may vary depending on whether the order is a standard item, custom item, or made-to-order product. Custom and made-to-order items may require additional production time.


Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using standard shipping carriers. Shipping speed and delivery time are determined by the carrier once the package has been shipped.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, the shipping carrier is responsible for delivery, delays, lost packages, or damage in transit.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier.


Lost Packages

VanJet Productions is not responsible for lost packages.

If the item is not a one-of-a-kind or unique item, we may offer to reproduce the order at a reduced cost as a customer service option.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos or video of the package and product

  2. Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim

  3. Contact us via email or the website contact form

If the product itself is damaged due to production error, we will work to resolve the issue.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. VanJet Productions is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of payment. After 24 hours, orders cannot be changed, canceled, or rerouted.
