By purchasing from VanJet Productions, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Products & Services
VanJet Productions offers apparel, custom apparel, custom printing, design services, and unique items. Product availability and specifications may change without notice.
Artwork & File Uploads
Customers may upload artwork for custom orders. Any artwork containing copyrighted or trademarked material without proper authorization will result in the order being rejected.
If an order is rejected due to copyright or trademark issues, a refund will be issued minus a 20% convenience fee.
Customers are responsible for submitting production-ready files. While our team may reach out regarding quality issues or possible spelling errors, final responsibility for artwork accuracy belongs to the customer.
Order Acceptance & Payment
Orders are considered accepted after payment is received.
Full payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed upon in special circumstances.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of payment.
After 24 hours, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
Proofs & Mockups
Proof approval is required for custom orders.
Proofs are not required for simple customization such as adding a name or number unless requested.
Product Variations
Colors, sizing, placement, and print appearance may vary slightly. Screens display colors differently, and products are produced by human operators, not automated systems.
Shipping & Delivery
VanJet Productions is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues. Responsibility for shipping issues lies with the shipping carrier.
Quality Issues
VanJet Productions does not offer warranties. However, we stand behind our work and offer a standard quality guarantee. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
Limitation of Liability
VanJet Productions is not liable for damages, losses, delays, or errors beyond the value of the original order.
Marketing & Product Photos
VanJet Productions reserves the right to photograph and use images of completed products, and any point in production, including custom and unique items, for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes.
Changes to Terms
VanJet Productions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
